Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns to Renegade Board Shop must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. After 30 days, you must make all returns directly to the manufacturer of your product. Before returning any item, you must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. The RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return. RMA numbers are valid for 10 business days and all returns must be received within 10 days of obtaining the RMA number. If you are returning a non-defective product that has been opened (i.e., shrink wrap removed), you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. You are responsible for all shipping costs. All refunds for non-defective items exclude shipping and handling charges. Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited to your account. If you are seeking replacement of a defective product, you must place a new order for the identical product. When Renegade Board Shop receives the returned defective product, you will be credited in full for the defective product. In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Once an item has been visibly used or installed, it cannot be returned NO EXCEPTIONS. The original packing slip must be included and the RMA number visible on the package. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund. All returns must be sent via UPS, Federal Express, or any other courier that issues a tracking number, any other means is at your own risk. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We will not accept C.O.D. packages. Once we receive the package and determine a refund/credit/exchange is warranted, then we may credit the return shipping charges.

Any items that are refused at time of delivery will not have the shipping charges refunded.

International Orders

International customers must contact the original manufacturer for any returns or exchanges because of defects.
